Annual CSATVB Dinner, Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Preliminary Program:

This year the Annual Dinner will be held at the Le Place D’Armes Hotel (see link below for more details), 6pm – 10pm.

Tickets:

All diners will require a ticket. CSATVB trainees who are actively presenting a CSATVB-approved poster or oral presentation as '1st author' at the Montreal meeting, and symposium and special lecture speakers are invited to the Dinner at no charge but will need a ticket to enter. CSATVB Trainees who are not presenting at an approved CSATVB session will be charged $25 per ticket. Regular members will pay $60 per ticket.

Tickets can be obtained from Mme Louise Bourassa by using a dinner registration form (attached below). Payments must be received before October 15^th, 2010 by credit card (fax), or cheque sent to:
